Clinic Policies

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • For first-time clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, unless you’ve already submitted your intake form online.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. ​

3. Payment Policy

  • Payment is required at the time of your service.

  • We accept EFTPOS payments and offer HICAPS for instant health fund claims.

  • ​If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount, as we do not keep cash on the premises.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.

  • The full session fee​ will still apply. 

5. Health & Safety​​​

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies or medications. 

  • If you’re feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

6. Client Confidentiality

  • Your personal information and treatment details will be kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws.

7. Therapist Conduct

  • We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment.

  • Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.

8. Feedback & Concerns

  • We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please feel free to discuss them with Rachel.
