Clinic Policies
1. Appointment Scheduling
You can conveniently book your appointments online at www.emersonremedial.com
For first-time clients, please arrive about 5 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, unless you’ve already submitted your intake form online.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of your appointment.
I accept EFTPOS payments and offer HICAPS for instant private health insurance claims. If you prefer to pay with cash, please bring the exact amount, as I do not keep cash on the premises.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients. The full session fee will still apply.
5. Health & Safety
Please let me know about any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your session.
If you're feeling unwell or showing signs of symptoms of illness, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
6. Client Confidentiality
Your personal information and treatment details are kept completely confidential in line with privacy laws.
7. Therapist Conduct
I am committed to providing a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.
