Clinic Policies
1. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments can be conveniently booked online at www.emersonremedial.com

For first-time clients, please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork, unless you’ve already submitted your intake form online.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.
3. Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of your service.

We accept EFTPOS payments and offer HICAPS for instant health fund claims.

If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount, as we do not keep cash on the premises.
4. Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments.

The full session fee will still apply.
5. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies or medications.

If you’re feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
6. Client Confidentiality

Your personal information and treatment details will be kept confidential in accordance with privacy laws.
7. Therapist Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment.

Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of services.
